This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the personal data that Uzbekistan Airports JSC (“Uzbekistan Airports”) may obtain about the User during the use of the “UzAirports” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).
Before using the Application, the User must familiarize themselves with the terms of this Policy.
Uzbekistan Airports is not responsible for the consequences of the User’s transfer of personal data to a third party if such transfer is made on a third-party information resource.
The use of the Application implies the unconditional agreement of the User with this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data obtained from the User’s mobile device. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, the User should refrain from using the Application.
The terms and definitions used in this Policy are in accordance with Chapter 1 of the User Agreement.

Uzbekistan Airports has the right to make changes to this Policy at its discretion, including but not limited to cases when such changes are due to amendments in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulating data processing and the use of the Application. Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication in the Application. In case of disagreement with the changes, the User must cease any use of the Application.
The User has the right to request the deletion of all personal data collected by the “UzAirports” application.
Ways to submit a request:
Processing time: data deletion is performed immediately, except in cases where data retention is required by law.
Identity verification: the request is processed after confirming that it is submitted by the data owner (account login, email/phone confirmation, or a confirmed request via Facebook).
Exceptions: certain data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations (for example, accounting records, fraud prevention). After the statutory retention period, such data will be deleted or anonymized.
